This is so stupid

We're 1 point off the top two, with 8 games to go.

Yet I feel sick, like our entire season has just ground to a halt.

Why do I feel like this?

If we'd won yesterday, we wouldn't be looking at the 5 point gap and thinking "welp, that's promotion wrapped up, let's get our Premiership shopping list written up for the summer."

So why does everything feel so bleak now?

Sorry, I've spent most of this weekend alone and I would've given myself a stroke if I didn't get this out.

Because it was a big game. We are still in with a good chance of promotion but gutting result to take. Plus for me, it's hard to take a defeat when we were the better team. Obviously we've been on the reverse of that, winning game when we weren't the best team. That's football. But it makes losing more difficult when you outplayed the opposition for large stretches of the game.

Nature is bountiful enough to grow free of charge and yet Leeds fans are paying good money to have it wiped out

Sheff Utd have a tricky set of fixtures next, I think we'll out score them points wise in the next 3. Norwich are away to Boro too I feel will raise there game against them.

Long way to go yet, just gotta get the positivity back, which will happen should we beat Millwall.

2 of the next 3 fixtures between ourselves and Sheff Utd are identical, we both go away to PNE and Brum. So it's very marginal, they are at home to Bristol whilst we are at home to Millwall.
