There's no evidence to say we rushed him back. It's a completely different injury. Could have quite easily taken a knock in training with France - it happens.

Hope it's minor and withdrawing was just a precautionary measure. He shouldn't be needed for games against Moldova and Iceland.

Why the feck can our players not stay fit?
Look at Liverpool. Have mane, Salah, Firmino or VVD had any prolonged period out over the last yr or so?
It’s so frustrating and really does halt the momentum.

Apparently he was complaining of right knee pain after last nights game

Hopefully not too serious and he recovers quickly over the international break

Ffs i hope Ole hasnt rushed them back too soon! Didnt he come off the bench v Arsenal??

Who knows but both him and Lingard contributed very little last night

We had virtually no threat down the right wing and anything down the left came to a halt at martials feet who repeatedly seemed reluctant to take on defenders and get balls into the box

Herrera also ran out of steam in the 2nd half which was unusual for him

Reported now that Lindelof has pulled out of the Swedish squad for personal reasons

Good news for utd he's one less injury risk to worry about during the international break

International break has come at a good time for us I think - plenty of our players getting a bit of a break before what promises to be a hectic April. Only really Shaw, Pogba and Rashford to worry about.
