Season ticket prices

I have just looked at the prices for each game at the new stadium.
I have a season ticket and when I first got it I am pretty sure it was cheaper than paying individually for games plus you got a couple of cup games thrown in.
I am now being charged £1150 for a seat in North Upper or £60 a game. The new pricing list shows seats in that area at £60 for cat a games, £50 for cat b and £40 for cat c. So basically I am being charged a hefty premium for being a season ticket holder. I may renew for the first season in the new ground but after that it is back to being a member.
I think the club are going to come unstuck with this pricing policy, maybe not next season but in the longer term.

London clubs charge stupid prices for tickets, it’s not like it’s cheap living here either.

Very much doubt this is true OP. You are probably looking at the wrong price category on the individual seats.

I had a look earlier at mine (north lower £1k)

Cat A was £65*6
Cat B was £55*~8
Cat C was £45*~5

That would come in at £1,055 given the estimates of category break downs.

The club would definitely not sell the individual tickets less than a total season ticket.

You have made me doubt myself. Perhaps I am in a dearer section than I thought. I will double check.

They are charging you more than members for tickets? That's disgusting.

Think we basically pay the same as members, which I cluded a £5 discount on standard tickets or something.

Averages about £40 a game

my ST has worked out at 40 quid a game, in a great seat for near enough a decade. Seen multiple league wins, other trophies and countless good nights.
Dont think 40 quid is stupid prices tbh.

True that phenom. Just find it quite cheap getting to chelsea, a local east london club, considering were only in the championship it's not too bad. Drogba is great and has been scoring lots of head goals this year.
