A Chinese group that owned MP & Silva is suing the founders of the collapsed European sports rights firm after losing hundreds of millions of dollars.
The consortium, including state-owned Everbright Securities Co., filed a claim in the High Court in London, alleging commercial fraud, according to a legal filing. The document named MP & Silva founders, Andrea Radrizzani and Riccardo Silva, as defendants but provided no further information.

This is not good news. These things never are. But from very brief reading it doesn't sound like the claimant has much of a case.
Hopefully not and this doesn't get very far.

Hang on, every timer there has been an issue for AR with his other businesses we hear its nothing to do with Leeds and won't affect us, so why should this be any different suddenly?
My view has always been that issues elsewhere distract AR's focus from Leeds, especially when there clearly isn't enough money to properly fund our ambitions.

Who stated it was different, suddenly? Do you have an article or link you would like to share?
