Parliamentary Revoke Article 50 Petition

Fed up taking it up the ronson from the arch-brexiteer cvnts claiming they represent "the people" in a Nation of 65M? Claiming you're all the just the same, and if you're not, you can be ignored anyway?

Well, get them telt!

Parliamentary petition link below (might break from time to time because of volume of traffic, so be patient) - 800k+ sigs and counting...

https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/241584/signatures/new

Debate on here as you want - but let these cvnts know they don't speak for "the people" when they think no deal is any sort of desirable option.

Sign the petition, pass it to your family and pals. Get it signed...

GET THEM TELT!

The EU 27 aren't humiliating us they are just doing their job competently

The fact that looks like humiliation is all down to the likes of May and her succession of incompetent brexit minister's

Saying people didn't vote for a deal in the referendum is nonsense too.

At every turn we were told by gove and Boris that no deal wouldn't happen.

That it would be easy to negotiate everything we wanted but get rid of what we didn't.

Why do folk get all hatey about immigrants? We're at close to full employment, what jobs are being taken? You lot can't understand when us up north (of Watford) speak English, why does it both you when other folk use words you don't understand?

Governement have got this all wrong and have handled it very poorly

most people just want immigration controlled and have the power to keep bad people out or deport those who commit crime. People coming to work or genuine refugees is not the problem.

Tories have pandered to the right which they should not of done .... i want out of a lot of what the EU does but not people being able to work in other countries... ffs in my industry white British people dont want the work

If we were going to leave, we should have negotiated a withdrawal agreement and THEN triggered article 50. Giving businesses and people 2 years to get ready for whatever had been agreed.

That's my biggest argument for revoking Article 50, let's do it properly without setting stupid deadlines.

There were better ways of going about the whole thing, surely you agree with that.

Immigration Act 1971 gives the UK Sec of State the right to order "foreign" criminals are deported. Obv one can appeal that decision (as is right) but the legislation is in place for us to deport those who commit crime.

I appreciate that you're not necessarily speaking for "most people", but I am not sure who the "bad people" are that most people want to keep out.

Agreed completely it has been handled poorly; it seems several hundred years of FPTP politics, plus the collapse of the Lib Dems after the coalition government, has rendered political parties in the UK unable to work effectively with each other to reach compromise. Even the actual physical structure of the House of Commons, adversarial, us against them, a "bear pit" sits counter to many more "evolved" representative democracies.
