Travelling United fans are been charged E120 by FC Barcelona for tickets to attend the CL 1/4 final leg at Camp Nou. This is the highest ticket price ever charged to United fans for a club match anywhere in the World to see United play, outside of a final tie.
MUFC have decided that enough is enough and are now proposing to charge Barcelona fans the same price for tickets for the Old Trafford leg.
The difference made on the original £75 ticket they would have charged to the Catalonian fans will be used to susidise the travel cost to those Reds who will still be making the trip to Spain, despite the latent daylight robbery they are conducting.
Well played United and I hope that other Clubs follow our stand against the ridiculous cost of watching football.

So I’m assuming you don’t go to many grounds then? The Emirates is far worse for it.
The reason it’s clear to see for us and not for you is pretty obvious if you go to both too. You suffer from the same problem though.

Every ground has the odd empty seat here and there. You have absolute droves of them. Unless its an illusion all them blue empty seats...its also been brought up on nany occasion by media and many many fans. Your support is pathetic yet you all seem to fail to admit it

Because I know the cause of it and know that it isn’t solely us, nor are we the worst in the pl for it. I’ll happily admit we are worse than most and it’s a constant annoyance for me as a fan that’s a cityzen member rather than a ST holder.
I do have an issue with the hypocrisy of it though depending on who is saying it.

A City ST holder has to abide by the terms and conditions of the ST and state that they cannot let someone else use their ST. So that could be a reason.
