Got to say that despite the many setbacks their new ground looks absolutely fantastic. Sure it doesn't hold close to what OT holds in terms of seats but facilities wise it's in another league all together which I suppose is to be expected considering it's brand new.
Brings me on to Old Trafford. The people who go on here will know when I say that it's not in great shape and it's actually a bit of a dump in places these days. Not really a stadium befitting of the size of our club anymore. It's only the capacity that is.
Will we see a new Old Trafford built do we think over next decade or so? I suppose a lot will depend on whether the Glazers aim to cash in soon or keep hold of the club. Over last 4/5 years they have been buying up lots of land around the stadium which is mainly used for car parks right now. There's definitely scope to build a new stadium now on the that land I think. Could even build it next to the existing one so we wouldn't even have to play at a temporary home.
Got to be honest.....a state of the art 80-90,000 seater stadium at the same location would be fantastic. Sure it would cost a lot of money but not quite as much as it would in London. Definitely like the name Old Trafford to be kept too.

Manc Python. Slow up. Its just an opinion. About i’m a new fan, Get over yourself. I understand its not a popular opinion.. But im just saying, i think UTD need to build. Maybe move away, so O.T gets a proper rebuild, or new location.
And dont act like the Badge hasn’t been changed before, its not a major issue, i do like our badge, but maybe an update, why not?
But it looks to me, that you are fine with standing still...

Secondly why an earth do we need a new badge? And how is that seen as moving forward if we were to have a new badge?
I agree OT is very dated, however just modernise it and extend it, no need for a whole new bloody stadium just because other clubs are building new ones

Yes there is an issue with the railway line as we were looking at expanding it to 88,000. Been put on hold I believe for the time being.

I obviously haven't thought it through. I'm just saying, that if UTD announced a new stadium, i'm all for it.
I would love nothing more than to stay at O.T.
Maybe UTD can play away like Spurs have, raze O.T to the ground and build back up.
The Badge is a minor, I like our badge, but we have had it a while. Didn't Juve change the badge when they moved?. Looks great. Marketing wise i think its genius.
I'm not screaming for it to all happen right now, but the Rail-Track situation is an issue.
Come on, you go to O.T and it looks odd as you look around and see the South side.
