Liverpool v Spurs

Turning attention away from our beautiful new home, we have a massive game this sunday.

We are in awful form, and if we continue our current form of P4 L3 D1 for the next couple of weeks then we will likely find ourselves out of the top 4, and definitely out of the CL.

I cannot see it, but think a draw at Anfield would be an excellent result, provided we follow it up by beating palace next week in the first game in our new stadium.

So, how should we line up, and should we play a contain and counter attack game? or should we look to attack them?

Probably black and blue though.

Don, I agree Spurs will probably lose at Anfield, horrendous record up their, something like two or three wins in 100 years, so will not be a surprise really. But I disagree with you about the CL tie with Man City, where I reckon Spurs will have a really good chance of progressing. Most of Spurs best football has been in the CL this season, and I am confident that Spurs will beat City over the two legs.

What ground do you think Spyrs will win the league at Sandy? Be great in the new WHL I'd have thought.

Well, we are certainly owed a penalty kick off the Dippers, after Pool loving Michael Oliver bottled giving us a last minute spot kick at Wembley, when Son was scythed down by Mane, that would have probably meant a draw and us being 3 points closer to Pool in the table.

Of course, this just means that we will start the game well, only for one of Salah, Mane or Firmino to do their best reverse triple somersault, and be rewarded with another gifted penalty, and for Pool to then run out comfortable winners while being let off a red card and scoring an offside goal.

Pool are 8/13 at the bookies, Spurs are 17/4. I`ll be lumping on Pool, compensation for when are beaten

Oh do shut up Billy. Spurs got more penalties at Anfield last season than we did ffs. It's boring and you're demonstrably wrong. If you look at the stats for penalties given for and against overy the past four years Spurs come out of it very well indeed so why don't you shut your cockgobbler you boring cvnt.

Thanks in advance.

Gomez and AOC unlikely to feature. Other than that Henderson, TAA and Keita have knocks but I think all three will feature in the squad. Pretty good on the injury front heading into the business end of the season.
