Lloris...

I've quite simply had enough of him now. the drum I have been banging for 3 years now ....

Lloris is an absolute liability and we need to have a serious look at the GK situation in the summer...

its just ridiculous now.

surely there is too much evidence now for anyone to disagree....

as for Spurs.... we are facked I think... dreadful form... compounded by sucker punch late defeat... banana skin on Wednesday.... big problems ahead.

Back to reality ..... does Lloris need to go?

Well, I admit I was faaackedup mad when that ball rolled over the line, and not only did Lloris not catch the damned weak header, but he got in Toby's way and stopped him hooking the ball away!

But in retrospect, football is a team sport played by eleven - yes count them - eleven players. And in the end they are all responsible for the result.
Now you can argue that some players let their side down. I agree. But others made mistakes too. Sissoko missed a sitter. Alli gave the ball away that led to the own goal. Eriksen went missing much of the game.
But those same players did some good things too.
Its a game of ninety minutes, and the goalkeeper is the one who gets the blame. We should have scored two.
We should never have let in their first goal - a free header.

And then there's some management decisions .... why not bring Son on earlier? Why replace Sanchez? If Sanchez had been there that weak header that Lloris didn't catch might not have happened.......

Do Spurs have the £70m to go and get a top keeper?

Lloris is an average keeper and would be upgraded with half the keepers in the division. I want him dropped for Gazza next game. He doesn’t have the same ability but whenever he plays he seems much more reliable and consistent than lloris. Fed up with him. Drink driving early season also did nothing to endear him to me. He’s the club captain ffs.

Spurs need to replace a few players (Sisoko, Loris) and they'll be a bigger force especially with the new ground. Probably deserved to win or at least get a draw. The away losing run is obviously not good but today's performance definitely didn't reflect that.

Gazza deserves a chance, Lloris makes too many howlers in the big games.

Jenas has stated the same, time for Gazza to step in

I defend Lloris all the time but that was a truly woeful mistake. Sadly he's becoming more and more suspect in the big games. He's the only one from our team who has won anything major yet we all saw for ourselves how in the World Cup final he dropped a clanger. Something about the bigger occasions that brings the worst out of him more often than not.
