Every city should give it's football club a home.

Easy for Manchester City Council to do in fairness, they only have one ground they’d need to give away. Bit trickier for some of the other city councils.

Hulk's career has been around chasing money. He has probably be in the top 20 in the past decade despite hardly done anything special
