Napoli - Italy

Arsenal host Napoli at 'Arsenal Stadium' as it is officially known on 'European Nights'. Napoli would not hesitate to slit our throat, if offered the opportunity, and the kind of recent performance against Everton would put it on a plate for them. If Arsenal play anything like they did at the weekend, then they can wave goodbye to any hopes of winning the Europa League.

Mr di Napoli waved goodbye to the Titanic 107 years ago today. Like other vessels of her time, Titanic did not have a permanent crew, and the vast majority of crew members were casual workers who only came aboard the ship a few days or hours before, some served as a skeleton crew during Titanic's sea trials and passage to England at the start of April.

Mr. E. di Napoli agreed to work on Titanic on 6th April as a waiter in the à la carte restaurant. However, he disembarked on 9th April and left the ship, not to return. The next day Titanic set sail on her maiden voyage to New York, widespread outrage over the lack of lifeboats, lax regulations, and the unequal treatment of the three passenger classes during the evacuation etc. Subsequent inquiries recommended changes to maritime regulations, leading to the establishment in 1914 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS).

Last but not least, Spurs host Premier League side Manchester City in their first first leg at their new £1bn Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Shame it's man city that will be the first team to win at the new white elephant stadium not Huddersfield Town.
