It is the one match City

could afford to lose.

Good result for Spurs, but it is the only match City could let slip.

They will beat Spurs in the other 2 matches and progress. 2-0 win in the CL at home for City.

Sandy was right though, City would not win all 3 matches.

Presumably we won't get a ref that gives every decison Spurs way 3 games in a row.

Boris blaming the ref when he should be focused on his overrated manager's bizarre set-up, tactics and in-game management.

The ref wasn't the reason City didn't win tonight.

Boris and biltter Billy are the biggest crybabies on this site when it comes to refs. Pretty sure they've blamed every game that City or Spurs respectively have failed to win on the ref.

Fernandinho doesn't like players who play act.

Most real men don't.

What decision went Spurs way tonight?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How about the hand off on Sterling? Straight red all day long according to the rules. Divey Alli not getting a yellow, the ref ignored him when he should either give the foul or yellow card the obvious dive.

Not enough running at the fullbacks from City, Mahrez cutting inside is pretty easy to defend but I guess he defends better than Sane and some rotation was inevitable.
Fernandinho and Kane could both have been off for the incident which was overlooked. Ridiculous from both of them, Fernandinho should not have started it and Kane should not have reacted.
