Man Utd v West Ham (Sat, 17:30 BST)
Updates from Ole's news conference @ 09:30
Alexis Sanchez is in training but is unlikely to play against West Ham on Saturday.
Likely to be fit for next Tuesday's return Champions League tie against Barcelona.
Nemanja Matic has 'a chance' of being involved.
Ander Herrera picked up a new injury on return to training:
"We have let him focus on his fitness. He is not happy when he can’t help his team-mates. He always gives his all, it doesn’t matter whether he has five years on his contract or five weeks."
Ashley Young and Luke Shaw are both suspended + Valencia also still out.
On current form:
"We have played well but we've not had the belief and quality in front of goal. We have been practising putting the ball in the goal. Lately we have not been clinical"

Must win this weekend with Everton, City and Chelsea coming up. Problem is we haven't been great at home

Completely forgot Shaw was suspended - bit of a problem that, I think he'll miss the Everton game too as it was his 10th booking?
Guessing Rojo will probably come in at LB.

Old wants 5 wins so is obviously thinking about throwing the City game even now...

Has played for the U23s so it looks like he's being prepared.

Who plays lb usually for the reserves and youth sides? Surely from all the academy there’s one that’s got more promise than Rojo?

Brandon Williams for the U23s. Travelled to Paris for the away leg of the PSG tie.
Scrappy little buggger. Gets up and down well. Tidy passer, and works the ball well inside.
He'd be an emergency situation contender only though I think.

Man Utd v West Ham (17:30 BST)
West Ham lost again on Monday although they at least had a bit of a go in the second half at Chelsea.
Manchester United were well beaten in midweek by a Barcelona side who kept them at arm's length.
United's performances in their home defeats against Barca, Paris St-Germain and Juventus have shown how far they are off the top clubs in Europe. They should still have too much for the Hammers, though.
Lawro's prediction: 2-0
.....
What is Lawro on about? Also we have a better h2h record than PSG and Juventus in the CL. PSG should have had a player sent off like Barcelona and both games we dominated 1st half.
In fact I was shocked how bad Barcelona were.

I hope Barcelona play that badly again. Never seen a Barcelona side who couldn't string 2 passes together in opposition half as that Barcelona side and a Barcelona side who got completely outpressed all game. Barcelona were like a small team that came to OT and defended with lots of players behind the ball and kept the ball in own defensive third.
