The scope Roberts has to improve is huge. Only going to get better, great footballer.

I was surprised he brought Bamford off. Thought he was doing the basics well enough and certainly making the centre backs work to stay on.

Roofe did really well the first 5 minutes he was on, nice little flicks and link up play. Then was terrible.
Annoying that him and Forshaw didn't manage to stay on side, was a great goal.

Roberts is the best of our youngsters imo.

Forshaw was a mile offside, Roofe technically wasn't offside the ball, was knocked back to him.

Robert's is an odd one in some regards for me.
He just seemed to sort of become this really useful player for the squad and he seemed to do it sort of on the sly.
All of a sudden it was, oh yeah, Roberts has been awesome for a while now, he is vital to the team

Roofe wasn't offside and it was a great finish. It's hard for any player coming back from an injury. More games he gets better he'll be

Lol, they were both offside. Forshaw when original ball kicked and then Roofe when Forshaw chested it down to him. Doesn't matter the direction of the ball, although it was forward, it matters regarding the position of the player

Jeff Astle was offside IMO

Never understood WBA letting Roberts go. Many reasons why but our gain, immense talent.
