against West Ham, Spurs have sold out all available tickets within an hour of them going on sale. Looks like every game will be like this, the new 60,000 stadium was certainly needed, and will be a major boost going forward into next season. Playing away from home for practically two seasons in a soulless Wembley was a big hindrance to Spurs, although they ended up with a half decent record there.
The big home games at the new stadium against the likes of City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and United will favour Spurs once again, whereas I always believed it favoured the opposition to a certain extent playing at Wembley. The atmosphere at the new ground is already 10 times what it was at Wembley, and I expect Spurs to make it a fortress.
Cannot believe some of our supporters were saying we should continue to play at Wembley, and start afresh at the new stadium next season. The new Stadium already feels like home, and the atmosphere is completely different to being at Wembley.
Great to be finally home. With a full season at home next season, should make a big, big difference to results.
For the 5th successive game, this time

I think its time you knock down WHL and build a brand new, state of the art stadium. You have clearly outgrown this one.
I think it would be the best stadium in the world if Levy allowed it.

We don`t play at WHL now. Try to keep up.

CFC will be along in a minute to tell us it isn't a sell out.
I thought having left it so late in the season we should of opened it in August but after the 1 in 5 run I changed my mind as we desperately needed a boost and the new stadium seems to have provided it.

CFC would need to explain how they can’t sell out an away end at Anfield first.

Yes he likes to dish it out but struggles to take it.
I've asked him many times why he doesn't show any interest in the false attendances at Arsenal and West Ham yet is obsessed with our honest gates. I've never had an answer?

Got my first ticket this morning, logged in 9.45, not getting anywhere by 10.10 so did what they said dont do I refreshed and got straight in, really is a lottery, has WHU always been cat A, is this because it's a London derby ?

It is a bit of a lottery, I logged in at 9.25, the wheel went around very quickly for about five minutes, then sat in the same position for nearly an hour, suddenly got in, and there were plenty of tickets available.

Its not official until that Chelsea fan who is obsessed with attendances confirms it.

Hands up. I said stay at Wembley and launch properly next season.
I was very wrong.

Common Chelsea fan, still waiting for your regular comment on us not having achieved 62000. Bit late this time aren't you ? maybe you got as bored as we are with this repeated comment about our attendance figures.

At least we don't have to wait for our first win come August. That monkey is off our back. Next season there won't be ant settling in talk either so we can hit the ground running. It was the best decision the club made.
