Tonight

I have to say I am s*** myself tonight. If we make it through and that’s a huge if, what an opportunity for us to potentially make the final. Don’t get me wrong, Ajax are a quality side and certainly not to be sniffed at, but you would like to think over the 2 legs and especially with our new home form, we have a great chance of making it to the final if we face Ajax .

That being said, I’m just not confident we are going to do it tonight obviously I hope we can put in a defensive masterclass and hit City on the break. We don’t even need to win tonight, that’s the beauty of it, but City I feel will be to strong for us tonight and are going to be all over us. I hope I’m wrong but I think City will win it 3 or 4-1. Predictions?

Really looking forward to the match tonight.

An away goal and Spurs will be in the semi imo

Don’t think it’s as simple as that mate. City are more than capable of scoring 3 and would only need to win 3-1 to go through. Yes an away goal would be massive, but doesn’t mean we go through.

guys.. pretty much every player in citys squad is a 50 mil plus player ... we wont of thrown anything away tonight if we dont progress but if we do then its a massive boast for us and football that money cant always buy you what you want

Wrong on every level.
Ok we do have some £50m players but no need to exaggerate.

pep, ‘I need a new Fb’. Sheikh Mansour, ‘here’s is 120m, have three!’. State owed club club with a squad full of mainly mercenaries.

As much as we have huge task tonight, so do City.

We have a good scenario: won the first leg and didn't concede. That's two boxes ticked.

We just need to be in control, sit tight and not be "spursy"!

We have in Moura and Son, enough pace to worry them.

Our fullbacks do worry me though, It will be long City balls behind our defence for Sane and Sterling to run onto.

We need Wanyama and Sissoko (never thought I'd mention him!) on solid form tonight.

Also, Lloris to be on his game.

City are going to bomb down Trippier's side of the pitch all night.
And Sissoko is going to spend a lot of his time helping Trippier out.
But that strategy may leave Eriksen open without a minder.
So we'll have opportunities.
Key to this game is NOT to concede early.
Vertonghen and Aldereireld have to be on top form.
Locking up De Bruyne will be a key factor.
But ther Trippier side is the main danger.

Fingers crossed.... we go thru!!
