Asked a question earlier about Morelos and if his dismissals have affected rangers this season, so crudely crunched the numbers
In the league
Rangers have played 33, won 19, draw, 9, lost 5
he has played in:
15 of those 19 wins
7 of the 9 draws (sent off in 1 at 0-0)
5 out of 5 losses (sent off in 2 when already losing)
in the games morelos was sent off (3) rangers were losing when he was dismissed in 2, and drawing 0-0 in the other - could argue his dismissal made it more difficult for rangers to turn the game around or grab a winner.
in the matches missed (6) rangers won 4, and drew 2
has his loss been that bad when he hasn't played? i don't think so, more a loss when you are in losing positions and trying to come back and he takes a huff.
The biggest lost to rangers this season (imo) was in the league cup semi, a collection of bookings meant you played sadiq up front who was schite, arguably cost you a place in the final, but don't be too downhearted, we would have smashed your baldy wee phannies in anyway.
that said who can say for sure, because aberdeen put rangers out the scottish cup when he was playing so can't be certain he would have made a difference.
of the games you have lost (5/5) he got sent off in 2 so his lack of availability isn't a problem and u were losing alreaady in both games anyway.
so aye, he's schite.

He's still scored 30 goals this season plus however many assists.
Whilst we might have done well in isolation in games without him, over the course of the season we'd worse off if he wasn't playing.

In the games where he scored his 30 goals, other rangers players have scored more goals.
Only been 4 games (two wins and two draws) where his goals have been truly decisive.
Utter rubbish footballer. You might get £3m tops as you're spent a lot of time hyping him up.
