Man city Saturday

No time to dwell on a great result

Our injuries are a joke at the moment. Sissoko out now too and god knows who else

Now Saturday is tough game under the best of circumstances and I would be very surprised if we could get anything from this game with our best available team.

So my question is do we play our best available team and risk more injuries to key players?

Spurs will absolutely get battered in all probability, I would play a reserve team, then go full strength against Brighton to nail three points there.

Spurs are now in the same boat as we were last year. You have to balance resting players for the CL semi and possibly final while making sure you pick up enough points to stay in top 4.

Doing this when there are barely enough fit players left to rotate.

Not an easy task. Poch will need to earn his money.

Honestly would rest as many as possible

The right decision would be to put out a second string. I don't see Pochettino doing that, though.

If Spurs end up in the Ropey league, it will be funny next season looking back at this article on a Thursday night.

Why? This game isn’t the one that gets us top 4. It’s the games like against Brighton on Tuesday that will do that.

Don't need to play a strong line up. Doubt any of us are expecting a win there, even the players themselves, although don't write off us possibly getting a draw. Game yesterday may have taken something out of them psychologically, and likewise given us a mental boost.

Maybe play Skipp and KWP for this one.

That's some strange logic.

You thought you had no chance before but you have won and still defeatist today.

You never know in football. Your three points could be in the city match while the Brighton match could be your 11th loss of the season. You just don't know. City ate at their weakest at the minute.

Regardless of all that it'll be funny if you go easy and then fail to win the CL and end up in the Ropey.

I'm sure Poch will go all out for the win. Poch isn't a fool.
