what a beautiful day



Spent it over at sister in laws and played football with my kid and 2 nephews for a bout 3 hours

First time I've had a good kickabout in a year, think i've facked my knee but hey ho

So whose on the beers, three nights in a row for me as I'm on AL until the 29th

not going the gym either so will probably put on half a stone ffs

just a pub dinner as well<fatcant>

anyways enjoy and have a good easter lads

Fillet steak myself. Small drop of oil, pan super hot, bit of salt, pepper, fry one side circa 2 mins, flip do the other, enough to sear it, then slap in the oven for about 5-10, comes out perfect.

Not much of a bbq steak guy either, always mess it up, so will go for good quality burgers.

Admin- 200 nights? I hope that’s an exaggeration, or you may have a problem....

Dude, you want to break that, that’s a bad warning to get. Can’t say I go too easy, but once or twice a week (6 to 8 beers is about as bad as it gets for me).

It's that "Mr soft" trebor advert. Few pints or glasses down and the world is so soft round the edges.

Tried the 5:2 diet this week. Had salads on the two days and couldn't help but have a few bottles of beer.

Typically on a normal week when not on AL I have one night on the beers having about 8-10 pints however weak beer.

i'm much better these days on the beer however when I tend to have time on my hands and especially when the weather is like this there is only one outcome.
I live in a little village and have a really nice restaurant/pub with a lovely beer garden about 50 meters down the road
In real life though when I'm working I go to the gym every morning an eat well monday-friday so I guess its just a balancing act.

yeah about to do dog walk number 1, the mrs is frantically facking cleaning as we're hosting 10 tomorrow and doing my head in
