Ajax, how good are they?

I still can’t quite believe we have got to the CL semi to play Ajax. Definitely not one anybody would have predicted, certainly not back in November when we looked all but out.

We shouldn’t underestimate Ajax, who have done amazingly well to get this far. No side who can beat Real and Juve over 2 legs can be dismissed.
However.....they are level on points with PSV who we looked much better than in the group. They have raised their game against the big boys.
I still maintain we are a better side than Ajax
Make no mistake, this is the best chance to get to our first ever European champions cup final we’ve EVER had and could hope to have

Most of their quality players will be sold so they will go back to being rubbish.

You are a Feyenoord fan so don't understand why you are positive about them.

Their youth academy only have produced two quality players (De ligt and Van den Beek) for their first 11.

De Jong was a youth product of Willem 2 like our Virgil van Dijk.
Ziyech was bought from Twente. Neres from Sao Paulo.
Those players will leave and replacing them will be very hard.

There are not many top players who would play in that league. They only can buy the top players in the Netherlands or the upcoming talent from South America.

They’re a real slick side but I’m hoping our physicality can overcome them. No son first leg is a blow but if we can keep a clean sheet I expect us to be able to score in Amsterdam, similar to the city tie really (but they aren’t as good as city)
