.....took a very heavy toll on those players today. Their faces, body language as a whole told a very telling tale. The only good thing to come out of this is that now the players and staff are all aware that they are playoff bound now (as opposed to it being a final day disappointment).....and so can maybe start the mental and physical preparation- because something has to happen to their mental fortitude if they have any chance whatsoever. They need to look hungry again, and want to play for each other and the fans...that was completely lost today.
We can still do this.....3 big playoff games is what it’s gonna take.🤞

Friday was the game we needed to win. Sad thing is we would have been playing to go joint top tonight.
Regroup now and win our next five games.

Don’t agree with this about expectation and pressure.
The last 2 games have mirrored the last 6 months - plenty of possession and an inability to score at critical times. Nothing to do with pressure or expectation in my opinion

We prepared based on what Bielsa wanted. It’s history now. Move on. Saiz is gone. Get over it!

We need to start again. I'd get plenty of rest into most of them for the Villa game and come back out hard against Ipswich.

It has to be said, the January transfer window was a disaster that the boys upstairs have yet to accept responsibility for but which many of us fans foresaw the consequences of.
