Pathetic

I personally think:

1. Sarri has done a good job in his first season in a new league, with an average squad, I’m delighted the board haven’t listened to the media and hysterical fans. Think if you looked at our current squad and first 11 we are not as good as city, pool and spurs and we’re about the same as United/Arsenal which is exactly where we are.

2. Good to see us finally playing RCL. Also happy with CHOs development and Christiansen back in the mix. It looks like we may add James and Mount next year too. Even Tammy looks ok 🤷🏿‍♂️

3. I have enjoyed all the games in Europa and won’t be that disappointed if we miss CL next year but with a bit of luck we will win the Europa.

4. Disappointed to go out of the FA Cup early to united but we had a great cup run in the Carabau Cup. Brilliant ties against the pool and spurs.

5. In what is probably going to be hazards last season he’s given his most productive. Whata player.

6. Think Kepa has done fantastic taking in to account the pressure of the price tag.

All up I’m happy with the season, my biggest disappointment has been our own fans booing our player, booing our manager, chanting racist and Zionist songs around England and Europe. What an embarrassment 🤦🏼‍♂️

Let’s hope our team kicks on next year, support you’re team and hope all w⚓️ Fans find a new club to follow

It’s obviously frustrating but we’re in the semi finals of a European competition and I’m a battle for the top 4 and we’re coming up with stuff like ‘can’t wait for this season to end’.

When did we ass a fan base get so entitled?

I be happy to see the end of the season if we are qualified in the CL

We are not good to watch at times....more often than not currently, & Sarri is not the man to take us forward despite earning a stay of execution of late

Nick you are so intelligent how can you make a mistake and call this a loss, unless I am the tool and not you, equal goals, equal points, a draw.

Truth is you’re hardly ever here but to moan after a poor result. Go back in your hole you troll

All things considered Sarri really hasn't done that bad. Four points off bettering last seasons PL points total, LC final, in the S/F of a European competition all with a squad that while capable isn't ideally suited to his style of management. Even the fresh faces he's introduced in recent matches - Emerson, RLC, CHO, etc... they're better than what he was using before but none of them are ideal. In a perfect Sarri team all would be capable squad players.

It's one of those things that depends on your expectations and prospective. If you expected Sarri to be another manager to hit the ground running from day one as we've grown accustomed too with the odd exception (Scolari, AVB) then your a tool. This was always gunna be a transitional season considering what Sarri's all about, the 19 match unbeaten run at the start of the season wildly exceeding my expectations and I think it raised people's standards without them realizing it.

For what I was expecting out of the season Sarri's done OK. Could've been better in places, could've been worse. But he's done enough to justify a 2nd season.

It was frustrating not to beat Burnley at home - but I don't know what everyone's getting so worked up about. We are roughly even with Man Utd and Arsenal in terms of quality in our squad - and that's exactly reflected in our league position. I think Spurs have a better squad than ours - so it could be argued that they are the ones who are failing to live up to their potential. Plus, this is Sarri's first season in the league - it is roughly equivalent to Guardiola's first season at Man City. Fans just do not have the patience.

The shame is it took Sarri far too long to start giving Loftus-Cheek, Emerson and Hudson-Odoi significant game time and their inclusion has definitely freshened us up a bit. I also think we look really suspect defensively - especially without Rudiger who is up there with Hazard as our POTY imp.

We desperately need to buy a good all round centre back, a really good midfielder and seriously sort out our strikers. When Hazard goes, I'd like us not to sign anyone else (unless some unbelievable talent becomes available) and just trust the two youngsters and Pedro and Willian as back up.
