Any keen runners / gym goers here

I put an article to this effect around this time last year in preparation for the Hackney half marathon where I was looking for tips for the race.

I found the race really tough going and am doing it again on May 19th, so basically wondering if anyone has any good tips for half marathon training...running patterns, hill training, leg exercises, nutrition etc

Also just a general article to find out anyone's gym interests, how they train, etc...

Gym 4 times a week mate. Use the sauna etc to, plus do a bit of swimming. Do a mixture of weights and cardio.

Oh and Chronic, I just parked up in Edmonton for the game. Walking towards the stadium now. Will stop off at your flat and give your misses a good seeing to. Keep her warm for you before you get home

Keen gymgoer, also martial artist, I do "Krav Maga", the Isreali street combat against knives/weapons.

Have a friend who does that he was special Israeli forces, bit is a qualified lawyer now.

Martial arts are great for the mind and body. Used to do BJJ once a week until my neck gave up on me.
