Pretty sure we're heading into the playoffs which I personally really really enjoy, you just cant get nerves, drama and pressure like it anywhere.
Anyways I'm a realistic person, not positive not negative, just honest, yet i do genuinely feel we have proven something this season in regards to the playoff semi finals.
So far this season, only Brentford, Hull, Forest and Birmingham have gotten the better of us over both home and away matches, thus in a 2 legged playoff system, we'd make it thorough pretty much everytime. As for the top sides in the league, our records make for good reading.

We beat Norwich 4-3
Sheffield Utd finished 1-1
We beat WBA 5-4
We beat Derby 6-1
We drew 1-1 with Boro although you could argue we'd have won on away goals
We beat Bristol City 3-0
••Other notable results••
We currently lead Villa 3-2
We beat Millwall for once
We beat all other Yorkshire sides
The playoffs are a lottery and what I said above could quite easily count for ****. But, if you see it the way I see it, you might actually have a little bit of positive and excited feeling about the 'dreaded playoffs'

As for the other remarks
* I enjoyed the semi final wins against Carlisle despite them being nail biting affairs. I remember that Howson winner well, I almost clipped the ceiling. Before that we did Preston under Blackwell. Hated losing to Millwall though the season before promotion, cant believe we drew at home to them after we went in front.

My point of this thread is, over 2 games, we should be able to beat anyone we face. I lost interest in the Villa game earlier in the week, but I really am back into it now and hope we can find that Bielsa's Leeds team again. I wouldn't have any other manager in the league tbh not even Wilder who I do like tbh.

True VOF, but in the last couple of weeks, we have been hoping for results elsewhere to go our way, and I think those days are over. We need to just knuckle down and win the games in front of us 👍....next two games get mentally and physically prepared, and hit the ground running in the playoffs

When we have been hoping for other teams to do us favours after the position we have been in, shows the players were just not good enough to do it in the end. (But I still hope by some miracle we could do it).It's now down to three intense, total commitment, and mental steel cup games. If we can get back to somewhere near what we were doing earlier in the season without any silly mistakes, we should do it at Wembley. Those last three games are now something completely different.Just win them.Prepare for each one as a final.
