Anyone seen the incident from Elland Road yet ?

In my view, Leeds were perfectly entitled to carry on playing. The referee didn’t deem there to be a foul and unless it’s a head injury, players are urged to play to the whistle.
The co-commentator said that Aston Villa should feel disgusted with Leeds behaviour - as if they’d somehow cheated.
Villa apparently kicked the ball out earlier in the game when a Leeds player went down. More fool them I’m afraid. It’s the referees job to call a stop to the proceedings.
I also thought Villa were lucky to only have one man sent off. Two or three of their lads deserved reds for their reaction.

Think it’s more the looking like he was going to put the ball out and then playing it through that’s the issue. Not very sporting at all.

Exactly. And, tbf to Klich, he did put the ball out...

* Roberts gestured for the player to get up moments before he played in Klich.
* Moments earlier, Mings was feigning injury and was absolutely fine, as was the goalkeeper. Grealish did a Salah v Cardiff whereas Mginn outright dived. So why should Leeds show them any respect or courtesy?
* Ref didnt blow for a foul or injury and the hopeless lino didn't flag Klich offside.

Amazing scenes, not cheating and nothing to do with sportsmanship,it wasn't a foul ,nothing like a foul,if everytime a player goes down you are forced to kick the ball out because the opposition have downed tolls the game becomes a farce
Leeds have nothing at all to reproach themselves for,all Villa had to do was fall back and defend normally until a break in play arrived

He was snapped in half. Most of us have have accepted that they play on, but pretending to put the ball out then continuing is disgraceful.

All commentators and pundits said it clearly wasnt a foul you WUM

Play to the whistle or will stop the diving
I think there is no problem at all with Leeds scoring there.

Nothing wrong with what Leeds did. Villa a disgrace and jansson the only player with any balls

Injury to a player and kicking it out is the norm if you think they are really injured, especially if they did the same earlier for one of your guys.
You play to the whistle but with this it's more respect between pros tbh.
The exception for me is if a team is play acting all game or a certain player is taking the pi55 and known for play acting.

My take:
-Player paused and then passed the ball - very poor sportsmanship.
-Player scoring may not have even seen this so isn’t necessarily in the wrong - I think he was offside though!
-Aston Villa’s reaction was awful - several of their players should have been sent off.
-The player who was on the receiving end of the player who was sent off should be given the red card for his blatant cheating when the player was no where near his face 🤬
-TTliv87 - there was some unsportsmanlike conduct in a game of football, to say someone should get aids is the disgusting thing here!!

Wasnt a foul,
You play to the whistle,
Head injuries require a whistle to stop play,
Slowing down to measure a pass is common in the game, not at all an indicator he will put it out,
Nice finish, think he was offside mind... Villa players and keeper all made an effort to stop him
Villas reaction was stupid, ref lost control, not sure why bamford got booked, Bielsa appeared to want them to give the goal because it was a dead rubber for them, and he wanter Terry to be quiet, the odious thundercnut

for me:
there was a CLEAR incident of cheating when cheslea played utd yesterday.
luiz dropped feigning injury cos they were already down to 10 and cheslea kicked it out and then utd even game it back to them. luiz sprang up like nohting happened.
IMO unless the refs stops it now nobody should stop.
WE all know when someone is "really kicked" and then might feel ok lets stop in fairness
If someone cheats like this there can be no fair play. you'd be a fool to be the fair loser
