Just shows it doesn't matter how healthy you are, you'd think he has regular check ups too.

36 at the time.
Was fit as a fiddle. They didnt find a cause.

Family history?

My grandad died of a heart attack

Dad has had about 3 strokes

Nah, nothing in the fam.
Had a million tests done with no obvious cause. Cholesterol was low, bp normal, etc.

They concluded that it was one of those things that they couldnt explain.

Makes it worse I guess. Life back to normal?

Just about to go play footy with work.
On meds for life but you have to get on with living.

Very unusual that, glad he’s ok.

Yeah being anxious about heart attacks is gonna lead to a heart attack in all likelihood.

I've suffered a lot with health related anxiety, still do sometimes. The older I get though the more accepting of my fate I become, just try to enjoy the ride as much as possible.
