Question for you boys...

Would you want Europa League football next season?
Only you boys must know the last time you were in Europe so I would imagine it would be amazing for you to be competing across the continent again, even more amazing for the younger Wolves fans. But.... you must all be aware of that hindrance it carries on your league form. Thursday - Sunday football. No doubt if you do qualify you will strengthen but will you have the squad to compete on both levels?

Must admit I've changed my mind on this, I think it would be good experience for the club to have a venture in to Europe, and yes it might cost us a few league points but at this stage of our development its probably going to do more good than not. We're probably not yet ready to move much higher than 7th anyway so may as well get some experience playing against some of Europe's better sides. It think we will strengthen but its difficult to know how far we would progress even with half a dozen extra bodies in the house.

Our last venture in to Europe (bar the Anglo-Italian cup) was 1980 when PSV dumping us out of the UEFA cup at the first stage. So it's overdue.

What you dont want are those trips miles out in the east, but a lot of the time they are unavoidable. Agree though, the experience would be great for you and might just help in attracting that more quality in a player this upcoming window.

Wouldn't complain at finishing slightly lower in the table if we are in Europe next term. But Europe will be a huge boost to the clubs status especially getting to the group stage.

You definitely have the quality to make the group stages but your UEFA ranking may mean you meeting a decent outfit i.e European comp regular like a Slavia Prague, Braga or Rennes etc.

Never heard of any of those clubs, such is the huge boost to the clubs status that the Europa League has provided.

Surprised that the threadsters allude toward Europa league.....

Without EL we will be CL next year you ediots!

Any EL matches would be contested by our U23 squad

And your reward for doing well in this joke competition, you could end up playing a CL reject.

Well we’re heading miles out east to play in a pre-season tournament (in China). 🏞👍
