We need stability in the corporate and management side of things and to get in different players. Different loan players, Alioski back, replacement for Saiz, and a striker

And I think with our style, Radz and Bielsa, we will have many more top loan players to choose from.

Reinstating our women's team?
Reinstating our academy?
Filling said academy with talented youngsters?
Bleeding said youngsters into the first team?
Hiring a world class manager with more pedigree in his little finger than half the Premiership combined?

Well, yeah.

Fighting tooth and nail for success right now is only gonna end in tears.

Derby, West Brom and Villa have all spent huge sums of money to get themselves promoted this season, and they'll have spent well beyond their means because of it.

At least 2 of those clubs will be fighting relegation next season, as they'll have to sell all their assets just to stay within the FFP rules.

Whereas we've spent within our means, put our focus on youth development and ensured that we don't have to look far or spend huge sums for talented players in the future.
