What a ridiculous article to write and after the week we have just had you would think common sense would be shown.

If you had of asked any "expert" Tuesday morning who was going to go thru out of pool and Barca they would have all said barca and the bookies agreed.

Now because pool are favourites its a done deal.

Just to remind you "its a football match" and it could go either way.

I personally expect pool to win but then I also expected city to knock us out and I never expected a draw away to barca to get us thru the group.

Its all on the day and anybody that says differently is a fool.

quite right grandspurs, but there's no doubt liverpool are the better team and i think they will edge it.

I’m nervous

I feel like we should win, we’ve won twice against them this season and i think at this stage, we’re just a little bit better than them.

But, it’s a final, the best team doesn’t always win. Look at 2005 and us, Milan were lightyears ahead of us but we beat them. And spurs are a good enough side where if they turn up, they can take the game away from us in a 10 minute spell.

Cautiously optimistic but very nervous, would have much rather had Ajax

I think every Spurs fan knows Liverpool are favourites and that this is a very tough game. Being honest, I don't expect us to win but you never know. We have earnt our right to be in the final, after 1 point from the first 3 group games, beating Dortmund, the way we overcame City and then obviously the drama v Ajax, no one comes through that without some sort of hope. N

And if we lose.... I will personally still be immensely proud of us getting to the final. Would still be potentially one of our biggest ever achievements.

Spurs are a much much tougher game than Ajax, for Liverpool.

Pool are better than Spurs now for sure, I think even the most hardcore spurs fan would admit that but they are defo capable of beating pool.

Ajax wouldve got ripped to pieces by Pools attack i think seeing how they committed men forward and had 2 defenders most the time.

Liverpool are favourites but Spurs can win for sure.

And, knowing rival fans will be desperate at the final whistle to bait the losers with the 'bottled it' tag, I think its fair to say, after the way both teams got to the final against the odds, win or lose both teams can hold their heads up high.

after this game any football fan that says someone bottled it will be showing their footballing ignorance.
