The ‘saving football’ knobheads are too thick to see they’re cutting off their noses to spite their face.

City can spunk a fortune in the summer and win the league again next season. It reduces the chance of Arsenal, Spurs, United and Chelsea of winning it anytime soon. Basically turning the PL into League 1 of France or Seria A.
