Sack Ole

He’s not the only person to blame for this mess but he’s shown a complete inability to do the very thing he got the job for in the first place over the past few months - the ability to manage the players he’s got.

There is a manager in London called Pochettino who has indicated he might leave Spurs and Juventus night end up getting one of the best coaches in the game - how many managers have taken sides to CL finals without spending a penny the previous summer?

I know it’s romantic to hope Ole will do well, I had the same delusion with Moyes even though every fibre of my being knew the job was too big for him.

We slate Ed all the time but the most sensible thing he could do would be to sack Ole before he actually starts to lose the fans who stand by him so loyally and then bring in Poch and let him do his thing.

One star this all you want and slate me all you like but I will call each and every one of you a liar if at least a big chunk of you didn’t want Poch to be our manager instead of what we have. A guy who has completely failed to cope with expectation management. It’s not too late to correct this. A chairman with balls would make it happen.

It's pointless having a discussion with you redinthehead. You seem completely incapable of understanding that we want Ole to be given a chance.
You can point to Cardiff and Huddersfield, I can point to PSG, Cardiff away and others. It's all meaningless, he hasn't signed a player yet, the team was not fit enough, he had to try different formations and tactics, give everyone a chance. If you cannot see that you are a wum or a bit dense. Sorry to be insulting, but it's not complicated.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
oh I get that you want to give him a chance, no rational explanation as to why.. besides nostalgia.. which certainly isn't rational.
------------------------------

He has managed to get more points per game in his few months in charge than Klopp did in his first half a season at LFC. So he isn't off to too bad a start is he?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who had the better squad? And its not as though they played against the same teams either.

So rationality isn't your thing then
--------------------------------

They won't have played exactly the same teams, but both managed for a good wedge of the season. Klopp also had the January transfer window, where Ole didn't.

The United fans that want Ole now will be the same ones in 6 months going we should have got someone with experience in.

Typical moronic grouping of a whole section of fans. Some might do exactly as you have said. Some won't.

Having seen 3 experienced managers fail, I am happy to give a less experienced manager a try to see if that works.

Okay so just to clarify when Ole fails the majority of United fans won't say they should have went for experience?

I'm almost certain they will, a few have already said it.

Depends what you mean by experienced, though. Loads are throwing their toys out of their pram because we haven’t got Pochettino, and he’s not what many would consider an experienced coach when it comes to big clubs. In fact, it’s a big reason many Man United fans haven’t wanted him.

As I have already said, some might/will, some won't.

I find it really odd when people try to group a whole section of fans into one. Its just not how life works.
