Some interesting facts before our first ever Champions league final
Spurs have played a total of 20 finals, winning 14 and losing 6
Amazingly we won all our first 8 finals, finally losing one in 1974 in the uefa final to Feyenoord
We’ve played 4 European finals, losing only said final in 74
We’ve lost 3 of our last 4 finals, winning in 08 vs Chelsea in league cup, losing our last 2 to united on pens in 09 and to Chelsea in 2015
All of our last 5 finals have been in the league cup, our last final in another competition was the FA cup final in 1991, 28 years ago
Our last European final was the UEFA final in 1984, winning dramatically on pens at white hart lane
We haven’t played in a European final in a neutral stadium since beating Atletico Madrid 5-1 in 1963 in the cup winners cup.

I really want to believe its a free hit but I can't. I'll be devastated if we lose, I wont care if we are unlucky, robbed by bad refereeing but because I just can't imagine when we might ever get back to another CL final.
I know it feels like we have good karma this year but Liverpool have so much to prove after last year and for coming up short in league after a brilliant season. I fear this might be a step too far for a pretty average team. I would almost fancy our chances more being 3-0 down at half time with Kane off injured than I would being 1-0 up with 20 mins to go and all looking comfy

Liverpool are big favourites, they are the better team overall, are in better form and have more pedigree in this competition.
On the plus side for us, I would rather play Lpool than Barca - we would have been in awe of Barca and lost to the myth/history rather than the team. Liverpool are beasts, but they are beasts we know well and have beaten multiple times including last season (17/18).
I am determined to enjoy it either way as it’s crazy to think Spurs are in the CL final - something this side can be remembered for
