Suspicious refereeing

Rangers star Flanagan hit with two-game ban after clash with Celtic’s Brown. Referee Kevin clancy claims he didn't see the incident. So how did he know it wasn't a penalty then?

Well no considering my question was how could the same panel reach those verdicts.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, it’ll have to do as it’s the only one I can find.

On these panels, all it would take would be for one of the former refs to say he thinks it’s a yellow card offence and that’s it. Has to be unanimous for the red. So, whilst you may believe that it’s arguably worse than Flanagan’s offence, at least one of those on the panel doesn’t.

Don't think there is much argument in it. It's an absolute shocker. Anyone who thinks they weren't both reds is wearing heavily tinted specs.

Have to admit I don't remember the incident in the game but then it wasn't replayed about 10 times.

Similar specs to someone who doesn’t think Morelos deserved a red from the game in December?

The worm has turned, if you could wind a clock back it used to be Tims going on about conspiracies, biased refs, incompetancy and bias and Rangers were dominant.

Only seen the Joso and Defoe incident on a twitter video lasting about 3 secs and with their backs side on to the camera in the main stand at Ibrox it is impossible to see 100% what contact took place. Yes the right arm of Joso goes over the top of Defoes left shoulder as they run together but there is no conclusive proof of what the contact was. Unless somebody has a Centenary stand? video of the incident then it's little wonder 3 panelists could not find Joso guilty and issue a red card. So the view I have seen is nothing anywhere near as conclusive as the red given out to Flannigan can't assume from that angle he elbowed him in the face it would be pure conjecture and given Defoe has a propensity to play act as in his attempted leg hook and dive in the box I would need to see an actual opposite side video showing contact between arm/elbow and face to be convinced.
