Well, it was written in the stars that it would be Derby that knocked us out after all the Spygate drama.
Firstly, congratulations to Derby team for really taking it to us when we'd hammered them time and again and credit to Lampard for learning from his experiences and turning it around.
What a thrilling match, regardless of the result.
Casilla. Can't speak English, can't communicate properly with his defence and that goal just before half time completely cost us, an absolute gift and from then on we were a bag of nerves after having shown some of our best form earlier.
I really don't see why this keeper has such a long deal he's an utter liability, what must BPF be thinking?
I thought Dallas was superb, Klich affective and Shackleton did fantastically.
Thought Hernandez was kind of sidelined and Ayling gets forward but can't do much when he's there.
Bamford, its was like playing with half a player, I'm sorry, the sued is just too thin that we're literally one injury away from failure. Orta's return to Boro for Forshaw and Bamford has cost us a pretty penny with naff all reward.
Thought Cooper was good except for that shirt pull, a shirt pull that unfortunately is always in him and feel sorry for Berardi who had actually had a good game and a half, but again, sheer moment of stupidity that we saw throughout the side, Bamford getting himself booked, Hernandez too, there really was a lack of discipline.
Disappointed that we didn't see earlier subs before Berardi went off, and simply cannot understand why Brown took that free kick near the end, little things like that were just wrong and surprising for a man in charge who has such attention to detail.
I love what Bielsa has done this season, but ultimately, as he has so many time in the past, he has fallen short at the final hurdle.
I believe we're now the longest serving team in the Championship.
We have to learn from this, Bielsa if he is still here needs far stronger support in transfer windows and he also needs to have a real think about what is needed for the final piece of the jigsaw. AR also needs to think if he really can take Leeds forward, we won't get there with our recruitment policy from last 2 years.
Thoughts from tonight

Cassilla is a total train crash. He needs to be taken into a quite room with the goalkeeping coach and analyse the many costly mistakes he's made recently. He was responsible for the first goal. Cooper was clumsy to give away the pen.

most of the problem is the language barrier I feel, I remember when he joined, all interviews in Spanish, its a real problem in the heat of battle.

He races recklessly and needlessly out of his area too often Jonty. Did it twice tonight and it cost us a goal and nearly two. Clearly a communication problem with our defenders that leads to misunderstandings.

Peak, you can go back a couple of years under Orta and AR, we let Green go, paid a shed load for Felix, brought back Lonergan. Brought in loanee Blackman, then Casilla half way through season who can't speak any English.
They let a good keeper go, brought in 4 since then, and Camilla's on 4 years still. To be honest, I genuinely think we'd have fared better retaining BPF who got us to top of table for half a season. he;'s not without his faults but probably better than any keeper Orta brought in.

I agree totally, Jonty.

Jorvik, I always felt after spy gate as playoffs approached that we would come a cropper to Lampard.
Fantastic game, well done for getting it spot on, and good luck for your day at Wembley
I think you are right, it certainly grated FL, but I've got to be honest I never saw that result coming
