Mental frailty

.....let’s face it, we all have it after that, and the previous few weeks. But I’ve never seen a team capitulate so much mentally. It happened against Wigan, it was so apparent against Brentford. Tonight it was obvious after we gave that goal away before halftime, the looks on the faces of some of them going in the tunnel, we were in for a rough ride. And it happened so quickly.
In true Leeds fashion, they gave us hope with an aggregate equalizer, but we all knew what the outcome would be. The sending off just cemented it.
There must be a lack of mental cohesion from the staff to the players....maybe the language barrier has something to do with it?
Not sure on how that’s fixed, but I think a lack of leadership all round leads to that kind of problem.
Really disappointed and have to wake up to that now ☹️
