TAA has made more assists this year

than Lingard has in his whole career.

Just seen this on Reddit. That is a crazy stat and I feel he gets an easier ride than most players but for me he is nowhere near the level we should be aiming for.

On another note Liverpool with TAA and Robertson are showing just how important two good full backs with great delivery can be. We should be looking at that and taking note.

As said he's better on the half turn so I agree with you on that. Could say his movement is a bit better and also finishing in the box where Henderson lacks composure.

I dont care where he grew up though he is not as good a passer of the ball. When was the last time you saw Herrera spray long passes about or whip a cross in with dip and bend? He's the Spanish Joe Allen.

Taking into account tactics and set ups I'm not sure any of them would start for City or Liverpool though would they?

That wasn't the question though, was it?

It was mine I think.

Herrera is another player United fans seem to criminally overrate.

He was excellent before joining United. While at United he seemed to lose a yard of pace, even though he wasn't the quickest to begin with. The creativity has been nowhere to be seen and he's been a nothing midfielder at United IMHO.

It happens when you go from good to awful. Our fans rated plenty of dross players during the decline

You do realise Herrera is not a united player anymore...

But if thinking Herrera is better than Henderson makes you sleep at night go ahead...

I really don't agree about him and Henderson at all. Other than play on the half turn I'm not sure what Herrera is supposed to be better at but there we go.

Smalling is nowhere near our team. He can't pass for sh!t. I'd have Lindelof ahead of Smalling.

Herrera can do anything Henderson can, and better. I’m not even arguing out of loyalty, he is off, he’s just a lot better than Henderson.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Congratulations. No wonder he’s moved on to a better club

Your question is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read on JA606. It’s like saying you can replace Romero with Mignolet and we would still challenge for the title.

Thing is for United fans, to admit one of their best performers (Herrera) is worse than the much ridiculed Henderson is simply too much. Whether it's true or not theirs no way they could stomach admitting it
