Did Clancy ref the DU game last night?

Just saw that he was. So like Collum, Dallas and Beaton, the SFA demote the incompetents to a lower division to take the heat off the SFA

2 things-more than likely as it’s a relatively important and high profile game, they’ve given it to one of their higher rated refs.

Secondly-how does it take any heat off them by giving them a game which was being broadcast live throughout the UK on BTSports?!

At least he claimed it was a demotion (which it wasnt) rather than a ban so he has learned since last week.

It’s the SFA guys - you know how they like to avoid being seen to punish/demote/ban their chosen refs.

Thought you’d have worked that out by now
