DUFC News - PlayOff Fever

So as we know United are due to play St Mirren twice this week to determine who plays in the Scottish Premiership next season.

United fans are up for it.

The tickets for the home game went on sale immediately after the game on Friday night. I, like many others, queued in the rain after the game for my ticket. They've been selling well and we're certainly going to beat our attendance record for this season comfortably and should certainly push for 10,000+ at the game.

The away leg sale has been nothing short of incredible.

We were allocated 1600. 300 went to supporters clubs for their buses. The rest went on sale at 9am this morning. Queues started forming at 9pm last night, and it was pashing down rain through the night.

If you joined the queue after 2am this morning then you didn't get a ticket as we sold out.

Incredible.

I feel for a lot of fans who have probably attended a lot of away games this season and won't get a ticket, but such is life. I hope the ones who did get a ticket do the club proud and have an afternoon to remember.

Mon the Terrors.

Haha yes I can imagine it’ll be a hot topic! As frustrating as it is not getting a ticket, it’s fantastic to see the appetite for the matches from both sets of fans.

It’s amazing just how desperate both teams are to avoid being in a league with Dundee next season. Scared even. Are Dundee that good? Yes, but there’s still the play off spots to play for.

If you lose heavily you will seriously regret having let Moshni go.

He would be the only one really capable of taking it to those paisley koontangs at the full time whistle

I hope and expect United to be well up for this and it to be an entertaining couple of games. Being out of the top division hurts when you have been used to it as well rangers fans know.

I'd like to see United back up and hopefully give them a few overdue batterings.

Shame to lose st mirren but for me United are a loss from the division

Got my tickets today for the home game. Actually looking forward to a United game for the first time in ages. Can't wait to see how they'll disappoint me.

Hope United make it but will be disappointed that it will be at the expense of St Mirren and not Hamilton.
