Dybala - Yay or Nay?

https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1129980/Manchester-United-transfer-news-Juventus-Paulo-Dybala

£86m but with a change of coach, looks unlikely. Press reporting that we spent a month to convince him and his family to come.

I don't know about this. I like the player but don't think he'd suit us.

No. Overrated and way too expensive.

I don't watch as much football these days so you could probably count using the fingers of one hand the amount of times I've seen him play. I've seen him mentioned a lot, but have no idea how good he is. Got to be better than Lukaku though, surely.

He's undoubtedly talented but blows hot and cold.

Not what United need especially at close to 90m.

On ability alone time is a yay. Clubs have to consider lots more than that though.

Talented player but really not what we need, especially at that price. Never been prolific so wouldn't play him through the middle and we dont play with a number 10.

Goes missing and would cost a fortune. We already have Pogba and martial with their disappearing act we don't need anyone else.

If what people are saying is true and it’s been a month trying to convince him it just sounds like it could be another player whose decision will come down to money rather than wanting to play for the club.

Tired of seeing posts like this. Football is a job and a short-lived one at that. For a footballer it is about securing the best financial return somewhere where they and their family can be happy.

I've no doubt if all things were equal Dybala would prefer to play in Spain where the weather, culture, food and language are closer to his home country. Hell even if Madrid/Barca offered smaller wages they would still probably win out given the other perks they can offer.

Would love him at Liverpool.

He's a joy to watch. Technically the best player on the pitch when Juve came to old Trafford last season. Think he scored too.

Whether he'd suit us, I don't know. But we do need that sort of quality.
