Good young player, had a funny turn at a match a couple of months ago and hasn’t featured much since. He’s raw and gangly, but has pace, a trick or two and can ping a ball in. Sort of player it would be worth signing then loaning back for his development. Not the sort of player that is gonna push us to the next level at this stage.

before his collapse on the field he was our go to guy off the bench. didn't seem the same when he came back.

With Poch being a student of Bielsa, it obviously gives us an advantage in negotiations with Leeds.

Them not getting promoted helps us out too. As much as I would like to see Villa back in the PL surely Grealish won't leave if they do.

Saying all that i've never seen the lad play.

i don't think so but i don't think grelish is either. if you bought him you'd probably loan him out. too young to sit on the bench. he could do worse than to be loaned back for beilsa to tutor. i'm hoping you don't buy him though he's one that will be tough to replace.

That's fair, seems like a transfer that could work for both sides. How's Leeds budget after missing out on promotion?

I'm inclined to disagree on Grealish in that he's had a big impact on Villa since his return from injury. After our success with Dele (and lack of homegrown players for the CL squad) I'd like to see us recruiting more from the lower leagues.
