This is a bit unnecessary for me.

totally agree Lubes.. I don't actually hate Chelsea - don't really like em.. but I don;t really hate any football club.

I do however find it amusing when Manchester United lose.. but even then, I wouldn't say I hate them.

Next season I would get immense pleasure in beating Cardiff, Millwall, Huddersfield and of course Derby. No hatred just a strong dislike for those particular teams. Chelsea Man. U I couldn't give a monkeys!

I dont have any Ill feeling towards Chelsea, intact, they were my favoured premier league side back in the Mourinho days with Drogba, Essien, Terry etc. They were the only side capable of stopping Man U and Liverpool who i do hate.

If there wasn't so much hate in this world maybe things wouldn't be as bad as they are!..

Hate is a very troublesome word and in sport,(mainly football!)is far to often used!..

I saw this thread last night and was going to write, but thought, waste off time because of that word!..

Oh, and not being to sure what it was all about!..

I've got no problems with Chelsea. They play nice football. Shame they're going to lose their best player in Hazard. They ran riot against Arsenal last night. I think the 'hatred' theme goes back to the 1970 Cup Final replay and the bad blood resulting from it. That song seemed to form after that and seems to have passed down through the generations for some reason.

The Chelsea players of the 70 team actually used the word - 'Hatred' in documented interviews.

There was real animosity between both sides and fans - not condoning it but that is the reality- can't rewrite history.

Wilko, at least you understand. Chelsea, Sunderland, Bayern, Sucm, Inter Milan, I hate them all. Strangely, I don't mind West Brom or Colchester or Newport, even though we have suffered ignominious defeats at their hands. And I like our rivalry with Derby. Their fans are real fans. You'd have to be, to watch the sheit they've played over the last few years.
