Christian Eriksen believes winning the Champions League would transform the public perception of Tottenham.
"It's something that would change the club, how people look at the club," he added.
"It would change how people think about us players at Spurs - that we're not going to 'do a Spurs' or whatever they call it.
"It's something as a player you go for the moment and hope it falls our way."
I hope win or lose Spurs makes us proud in the final and not do an Arsenal and get hammered.

The winners will be European champions.
The losers will be bottlers.
The context of the defeat doesn't even matter. It could end 11-12 and be the most amazing game the world has ever seen. Keepers performing triple backflips to keep out 300mph volleys from the halfway line. Defenders lobbing the keeper with headers from their own penalty area. Wingers dribbling it around 11 players, run back to their own keeper and dribble it again around the other team and score via hitting the posts and bar 8 times.
They would still be labelled bottlers.

Spurs fans can be incredibly proud of getting to the final.
Liverpool will be the victors, evidenced by their track record of previous encounters but that will not detract from Tottenham’s achievement of getting to Madrid.

I'd love to know where the players hear this kind of nonsense. I thought it was only said on places like this or banter between mates. Where would Eriksen have heard, "doing a Spurs"?
