If its anything!....

worth thinking about, it must be the fact that with Bielsa staying AR must have agreed to his demands,(ways of thinking!)or he'd be gone by now!..

So, Bielsa took on an average team with players that most here said weren't up to it, ain't it good to see those same players are now being looked at from bigger clubs and we're now sweating over who'll be here at the start off next season?..

So, what'll be when he gets the players he wants and works them the way he did this team last term?..

I think him staying will be a good thing for the players that might have teams chasing them and thinking they'd wait and see how things go, if he manages to keep the players he knows he can work with and adds 3-4 off those "he" knows can make a difference, I'm thinking we're in for a better run than the last time out!..

We need mainly speed merchants and goal scorers, that would have been the difference this time out, like some have mentioned a lot off times wasted chances were as big a problem as red cards and injuries, but, a few chances put away would take a bit of the sting out of that stat!..

Its ok, I know some will think differently but hey, that's life, roll on next term!..

Would be good if we actually thrashed a few sides so we could take our foot off the pedal in games. We had to run our socks off pressing and having 25 shots every week just to win 2-1. We only managed over 3 goals twice, we should have had 3 goals a game with the amount of chances we created. Dad kept saying every week, we're gonna stuff someone soon, we never did, we should have though.

I cant wait to get going again

Bielsa improves players, it's what he's does. The likes of Llorente and Herreira or Payet and Mendy all moved onto expensive deals. Obviously they are great players and Bielsa can't take the credit for that, but he's made them better and allowed them to fulfil their potential.

Already paid for his high wages with the increase in value of our squad from a purely cynical, financial basis. Phillips was a £3million player at most a year ago and no one would have been willing to pay it. Now he's at least worth £10million +. How much would Roofe have gone for last season? Even with a year left on his contract, he's worth more.

Jonny!.

Shaun, that's why I said "like some have mentioned a lot off times wasted chances were as big a problem as red cards and injuries"

Dumb ass play and injuries were a big problem, but, speed was also missing, because with it it would have given that bit more aggression going forward and ripped a bigger hole in the opposition, it'd make it harder for them to come at us knowing what we could do if we had more speed!..

Best, Bielsa improves players but at the same time uses a system that takes a lot out off them, our team were 2 away from the Premier this time out, but for some stupid defending and a red it could have been so different!..

He can take credit for making players all over football better players, and that includes ones that were good before they met him and like you said our squad is worth more now than this time last year!..

Kamara, if he can't than expect him not being here long!..

Good he knows his youths, AR said when he came in he wants a lot from the youth set up and it looks like Bielsa knows how to work it!..

Talking about goal machines needed - have you seen Alfy Haalands lad ( Leeds born), scoring 9 in U20 Worlds?
