This transfer window I would get rid of all that players that were voted at skysports poll the other day and I would bring only 4-5 first team players and bring in lot of youth players. Nelson, Willock, Smith-Rowe, Nketiah would get more chance and be a regular part of my squad.
1 Winger, 2 midfielders, 1 top centre back, 1 left back is what is needed.
Koscielny, Monreal, Ozil, Micki, Ramsey, Lichsteiner, Cech, Welbeck, Xhaka, Elneny, Mustafi are all done for me.
I would keep Chambers, we have Holding, Sokratis and Mavropanos. 1 top centre back and we are good.
Kolasinac good backup, upgrade needed.
Bellerin fine, Niles can jump in when needed.
Lucas, Gwen, Willock, Niles, at least 2 midfielders needed
Nelson, Iwobi, Smith-Rowe, 1 top winger needed
Auba, Laca, Nketiah- striker not needed

Xhaka is a very frustrating player but I would give him one more season , one minute he seems in control and confident and the next he losses the ball or gets booked or lets a runner go unchecked.
He might be a better player with a commanding and vocal Adams type captain alongside or behind him badgering / directing him to watch his runners.

Niles cannot jump in when needed as shown in several away games this season if not more including a shambolic performance in the Europa League final where he was at fault for 2 goals.

Assuming we can keep hold of our strikers? Something fed up with Lacca and Barca! Either that or he is a massive wum! Who vacations in Barca when you have been linked with them since February and being photographed there would def p*** off your fan base. Not like as a prof footballer you couldn’t go to, I don’t know, Fuji, French Guiana?
You need to read this article about our buys and sells over the last ten years (google it, or look on goonernews). It is mind blowing! On sales we have made something insulting like 70,000,000! In ten years! So looking at that Sky poll, what do you honestly think we would recoup in fees? Looking at a net loss big time. But it frees up wages I guess?
Wouldn’t feel comfortable giving so many untried youths such a role but hey, can’t be worse.
