All 3 sub decisions were bloody awful.
Winks being taken off was laughable.
Dier coming on when we were desperate for a goal was another joke, should of brought Lamela on and dropped Dele to CM.
Dele being take off for Llorente was shocking, should of taken a defender off and gone for it, we needed a goal, if it had gone to extra time Poch could of done a defensive change.

Who knows anyway. It's done now. On the balance of the season, liverpool deserved that more.

We were never winning that game. Both teams would have been awful regardless. Liverpool are more ruthless and spurs like to gift goals. They deserved the trophy, they've had an incredible season, shame it has ended on an anti climax
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You might have, if Kane was benched..was a massive call that was badly wrong.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Spurs have been playing like that since the New Year, with or without Kane. Why do you think they have lost what is it 18 games. The form post Xmas has been shocking. Incapable of upping their game when they go behind. Ajax was a fluke result, and will never happen again in 100 years.

Spurs just do not have that killer instinct of two or three seasons back. They have outplayed so many teams this season, had all the ball, yet have lost so many games, so something big is clearly wrong. They outplayed Liverpool at Anfield and lost, they outplayed them tonight and lost. They need new players that is obvious, this team has got as good as it will ever be, and now needs breaking up.
Two new full backs, two new central midfielders and another striker for starters.

Liverpool have our number baz. Proper bogey team for us, always a close game and we lose more often than not in bullsheity scenarios

I think you could have done them with pace out wide, preventing their fullbacks from getting upfield in support..son and moura perfect for that, both rapid, technical good passers and finishers. But you also need a focal point.kane normally, but he was so far off it wasn’t even worth risking. Llorente, nowhere near as good as Kane, but for that purpose of occupying the cb’s, he’d do very well. You’d have son and moura push on, daring their fullbacks to go forward, knowing that they’d leave their cb’s 3 on 2 if they did.

No, I'll bet Kane got it wrong tonight.
He should have started himself on the bench.
But he wanted to start.... so he starts, that's the kind of power Kane has in this club.
Pochettino can't do much about it.

I and many others said if Kane started you would lose due to lack of fitness/game time. Have to question the IQ of the manager. Tbh you would probably have lost anyway even if Moura started. Worst CL final I can remember.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Moura would of created more running behind the Liverpool defence
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Something would have been better than nothing but even so Liverpool would probably still have won.
How much influence did Kane have over his playing the full game is what I would like to know. He offered absolutely zero. Klopp had the sense to take Firminho off and look what happened.

If Moura had started we could hardly have done worse.
But had we still lost, say 1-0, oh boy what a to do would have arisen over not starting Kane!

There fullbacks hardly got up the field all night, as an attacking force Liverpool were nowhere. Spurs just failed to take any advantage of their overwhelmingly domination of the ball.
