What next....

for our club? Where do we go from here?

If we don’t spend money and show some intent, we will lose players and possibly even Poch. We are 2/3 players away from moving to the next level

More like 4 or 5 players.
Just count those known to be leaving, as well as those known to need replacing.

It’s a cross roads that’s for sure. The big european clubs are all strengthening, particularly Real Madrid and Barca - Spurs are unlikely to be in another CL final unless they change their transfer policy hugely - which you can’t see Levy doing.

In my humble opinion, 5/6 would be nice but honestly do not think we’re that bad! RB, CAM and ST will do us nicely

What do you care? Is your own club that boring you have to constantly comment on ours? I bet if we’d win you’d be nowhere to be seen u sad twaat

Had this conversation on a thread on this board a couple of weeks ago. I think a lot comes down to how flexible you are willing to get with your wage bill. Naturally you really need to keep this squad together, huge potential to go for greatness.

But your out performing everyone barring Liverpool and City, getting to champions league finals, so why are your players not getting what other clubs pay? Not even getting what Arsenal players get paid! That’s got to be frustrating.

Tottenham are as well placed a club to win as most players could wish to join, but the players who can instantly take you to a new level (hazards, Griezmans*) want hire wages and have eyes for super elite clubs. Then you have your players like Erikson who want to join those clubs (Like any world class player would) but might not get the chance. You just need to insensitive staying and show your aiming to become like those elite clubs (ie big wages but big European presence)
