Not gloating being genuine..
This this final for you guys was a bit like us last season perhaps overachieved and came a bit soon..
Coming from experience and a lot of experience your clubs now at a cross roads you can either show ambition go into the market strong like us last season and make next seasons title race a 3 horse one or you can be like us in the past on many many occasions and not build on it let star players go and regress..
Hope it’s the first one Spurs are a great team with a likeable manager and have done things the right way getting where they are today.
The feeling sucks but you will get over it.
Good luck in the future.
Unlucky lads..

I agree we did with Firmino but truth be told we have two other forwards better than him..
Anyways like I said good luck in the future I genuinely believe you must go strong in the transfer market Maby a time have we come close to the league or major trophy’s and regressed due to lack of ambission.

i felt the lot of them did tbh so so so deserved. Unlucky for you lot we've been there ever so recently, felt like it came too soon. You have a good young squad and a great young manager though and theres no reason you cant make it 2 finals in a row too.
Take inspiration from us if anything, your owners especially need to act on it or lose it all. They need to go out and spend big like we did. Or just sit back lose the team you've built over the next few years and milk it $ in your new stadium.
I feel It goes one of two ways for Spurs now, Liverpool or Arsenal...

And thats not intended as a dig at Arsenal its just how it is, Owners not fully backing the club in the market.

Our best players were Rose and Sissoko, followed by Lloris, Toby and Vertonghen and Winks.
Son tried hard, Deli and Eriksen were off form, Trippier was a weakness that Pool exploited all night, and by and large I think the better side won.
I wonder what Levy thinks?

Dont think a 3 week break before the biggest games of their lives and 30 degree heat helped the quality. Certainly Liverpool weren't very adventurous. Spurs just lacked quality in the final third.

I agree the sharpness and passing from both teams was awful it was like a pre season game. Thats one of the worst performances we have had in a long times. Another Uefa balls up...

We know we can defend though, so instead of going gung ho after going 1-0 up really early, the game was effectively seen out in the first half.
Spurs presented more of a danger second half which is where Allison came in to play. Such a difference an assured keeper makes, kept spurs out and us in it.
Spurs are on the up though, easily the biggest club in London now.
