If Poch wants to leave I wouldn't mind replacing him with Allegri.
Our form has been very poor this year and we dare not carry that into next season.
Poch is beginning to have his favourites he needs to get rid of this bias if we want to step up. Need more ruthlessness in tactics and selection.
Ruthlessness goes for Spurs in general. we need Fast aggressive skilful players all.areas of the park. The Great pressing team that Poch wowed us with is long gone. That's either because the players aren't motivated or Poch has changed tactics. Complacency kicking in amongst players.

It’s not the manager he’s doing a fantastic job but he needs backing now to keep it going.
I have a feeling he’ll get it this summer and Spurs will still be top 4 and fighting for the cups.
