Sorry for the off topic article today but just come across a story of two gay women being beaten up (bloodied noses the lot) for refusing to kiss each other on the bus to entertain the so called men they encountered.

I honestly lose hope for this country every single day. Why is there so much hate and prejudice in the world? Why can't people just get on with their lives without being horrible to each other? Sick sick times we live in.
I'd love to say that if and when the attackers are caught they will get long sentences but they probably won't even go behind bars knowing this country.

Earlier, police said they were "following up" on CCTV footage of the assault. The force has not disclosed how many arrests have been made.“
Looks like CCTV resulted in them being quickly apprehended.
