Would you swap him for Declan Rice

I know it's from a much maligned website, but this is a discussion I had with a happy hammers friend some time ago. I don't watch West Ham week in week out but what I have seen of Rice doesn't lead me to believe that he would be an improvement on KP.

It wouldn't be to good for the Philips fan club if he was called up!..

Rice is better, younger and playing at a higher level.
